Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
Hoffman Homes is seeking an Art Therapist to join our clinical team. The Art Therapist uses creative arts-based therapeutic techniques to support the emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth of youth in our residential treatment and educational programs.
As an Art Therapist, you will plan and facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions, collaborate with the clinical and educational teams on treatment planning, and document client progress. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people through the healing power of creative expression.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Art Therapy or a related field.
- Board certified or eligible for certification through the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATR or ATR-BC).
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral health or therapeutic setting preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating art-based interventions.
