Rebecca Van der Groef is a licensed Social Worker who has been employed with Hoffman Homes since 1999. She began her career as a Mental Health Worker, and has held various leadership positions including Director of Residential Services and Vice President of Clinical/Residential Programs. She was appointed CEO in 2022. She is dedicated to the mission of providing comprehensive psychiatric care and trauma-informed/healing centered treatment to those in need.
