About the Role
This is a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with other master’s-level therapists.
Frequent supervision sessions and weekly department meetings allow for opportunity to discuss cases and new information. Additionally Clinical supervision is provided on site. Opportunity to work one day a week from home may exist after 3 to 6 months of employment.
Additional duties include conducting individual, group, and family therapy for the youth in care, assuming the clinical leadership of treatment teams, providing clinical consultation to the direct-service staff, development of treatment plans, running treatment team meetings, and maintaining daily documentation.
Requirements
- The position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Students entering their final semester of a master's-level program will be considered.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have basic computer skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
