About the Role
Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the functionality and safety of our campus facilities. Hoffman Homes sits on a beautiful historic campus in Littlestown, PA, and maintaining these grounds and buildings is critical to the safety and comfort of the youth and staff who live and work here.
Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs across the campus, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep. You will respond to maintenance requests, conduct preventative maintenance, and help ensure all facilities meet safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related trade.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.
