About the Role
Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
This is a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with other master's-level therapists. Frequent supervision sessions and weekly department meetings allow for opportunity to discuss cases and new information. Clinical supervision is provided on site. Opportunity to work a day from home may exist after 3 to 6 months of employment.
There Are 2 Open Therapist Positions
- Residential Treatment Program — conducts all sessions on campus.
- Family Focused Program — similar to the RTF position except that 2 family sessions per month will be conducted in the youth's home environment (for select clients). This position comes with an additional $6,000 in salary per year.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for the youth in care. *The Family Focused position conducts 2 family sessions per month within the home environment.
- Assume the clinical leadership of the treatment teams.
- Provide clinical consultation to the direct-service staff.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Run treatment team meetings.
- Maintain daily documentation.
Requirements
- The position requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Students entering their final semester of a master's-level program will be considered.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have basic computer skills.
