About the Role
Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
Hoffman Homes is seeking Mental Health Workers to join our residential team. Mental Health Workers provide direct care and supervision to youth in our residential treatment programs, supporting their therapeutic goals and daily living activities.
As a Mental Health Worker, you will implement treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic activities, and help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive living environment. This role is essential to the daily operation of our residential programs and to the well-being of the youth we serve.
Requirements
- Education within the mental health field and/or experience working with individuals in behavioral health is desired but not required.
- Must have a strong desire to help at-risk youth.
- Ability to stay active, make good decisions within a busy environment, and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Strong ethics and accountability.
- Must be able to complete clear and legible documentation.
