About the Role
Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
Hoffman Homes is seeking Mental Health Workers for the 3rd shift (overnight) to provide direct care and supervision to youth in our residential treatment programs during overnight hours. This position is critical to maintaining a safe and supportive environment while residents are sleeping and during evening and early morning transitions.
As an overnight Mental Health Worker, you will monitor residents, respond to any behavioral or medical needs that arise during the night, complete required documentation, and ensure the living environment is safe and secure. This role offers a unique opportunity to support youth in a calm, structured overnight setting.
Requirements
- Education within the mental health field and/or experience working with individuals in behavioral health is desired but not required.
- Must have a strong desire to help at-risk youth.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours.
- Strong ethics, accountability, and sound judgment.
- Must be able to complete clear and legible documentation.
