About the Role
Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
The Hoffman Homes Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic is open to the surrounding community and is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to provide therapeutic sessions to those in need. Hoffman Homes, Inc. is a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with other master's-level therapists and benefit from a multidisciplinary team approach.
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients in our community-facing outpatient clinic. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current PA licensure or license-eligible (LSW, LPC, or equivalent).
- Experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or families preferred.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
