About the Role
Oversee the residential department and campus during overnight hours by providing direct supervision, coaching, and training to 3rd Shift Mental Health Workers, including completing accurate and comprehensive evaluations.
You will educate direct-care staff to use a safe, least restrictive therapeutic approach with the children in care, apply the principles of Safe Crisis Management and Trauma Informed Care, and ensure appropriate staffing ratios while addressing scheduling needs. You will monitor the overall operations of the residential department and campus during the overnight hours.

Requirements
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of work experience with children, or an associate’s degree (or 60 Credit hours) combined with 3 years of work experience with children.
- Documentation and critical thinking skills are essential.
- This position must be able to pass Safe Crisis Management Training and become a certified SCM trainer.
- The base schedule is 4 nights on / 4 nights off (9:30 PM - 7:30 AM) and includes weekend hours.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
