Hoffman Homes is seeking a Trainer to join our Human Resources team. The Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for all staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating ongoing professional development, and maintaining training records. The Trainer works closely with department leaders to identify training needs and develop curricula that support staff competency and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or adult education.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory training requirements in behavioral health or residential treatment preferred.
- Proficiency in maintaining training records and documentation.
