Residential staff are responsible for the care, supervision, and monitoring of those in our care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Residential staff are responsible for the care, supervision, and monitoring of the youth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily interactions between those in our care and staff are used to build relationships, trust, and respect.
Staff training includes: Trauma Informed care, Safe Crisis Management, Diagnosis, Youth Development, and High Risk Behaviors.

Living Spaces
Your space is your own. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and safety, accommodating one to four residents with individual storage for personal belongings. Recreation areas feature TVs, games, books, and music so every residence feels like home.
Activities & Dining
From our fishing pond and soccer fields to community outings, every day brings new opportunities to explore, play, and grow. Meals are prepared fresh and served in residences, with structured summer activities that keep energy and spirits high.
Rewards & Recognition
Every achievement is celebrated. Through Hoffman Bucks and our campus General Store, residents earn rewards for positive behavior and personal growth, reinforcing the habits and confidence they are building every day.
Creative Therapies
Those in our residential program have access to Art Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Equine-Assisted Therapy offered in 10-week cycles. These creative approaches provide alternative methods of identifying and expressing emotions.

The average length of stay at Hoffman Homes is 10 months. This can vary based on the individual progress in treatment.
Those in our care are encouraged to maintain regular contact with those listed on their phone and visitation list. Visitation is arranged through the individuals' therapist and can occur on campus, off campus, and at home.
Linens, pillows, towels, and hygiene products are provided. We recommend a 7 to 10-day supply of clothing. Permitted items include toys, blankets, stuffed animals, pictures, handheld games, art supplies, books, and music players with headphones. Items with phone, camera, or recording features are prohibited.
We currently offer Art, Animal-Assisted, Drama, and Equine-Assisted Therapies. Creative Therapies run on 8 to 10-week cycles with small groups of 1-3. The individuals' therapist will refer them to these groups.
Hoffman Homes has a very limited resource for transportation for home visits so parents and guardians are requested to provide transportation for visits home. Hoffman Homes does offer complimentary overnight accommodations for parents to stay on campus.
Families that do not reside in the local area can participate in meetings and sessions by phone or video conferencing if they cannot be here in person.
